The mission of Sources of Strength(https://sourcesofstrength.org/) is to prevent suicide by increasing help seeking behaviors and promoting connections between peers and caring adults. Sources of Strength moves beyond a singular focus on risk factors by utilizing an upstream approach for youth suicide prevention.

Please visit their COVID-19 Resources page(https://sourcesofstrength.org/homebased/) for a list of resources that they have created as schools move to an online format in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Their hope is "that in these unusual times these resources will be a source of Hope, Help and Strength to you".
